What is the RDA?

The RDA is an in-depth assessment of your child's current level of functioning. It consists of three parts.

During the RDA1, I will take you and your child through a series of activities designed to help me observe the skills and functions he or she is presently capable of. This assessment is videotaped so I can refer to it while developing a treatment plan suitable for your child.

The RDA2 is a second session where I try out some activities that I believe will motivate your child to develop the necessary skills at his or her current level of functioning.

The RDA3 is a third session in which I will train parents and any other caregivers in the RDI® program I have developed for their child, based on the results of the RDA2.
